Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking a Quoting Coordinator to manage day-to-day quoting and pricing across branches, working closely with Outside Sales, Sales Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and vendors to deliver accurate, competitive price quotes aligned with project scope and margin goals.

This role requires strong attention to detail, advanced analytical skills, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities while maintaining pricing integrity

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in sales support or pricing coordination in construction materials.
• Strong pricing fundamentals and margin understanding.
• Analytical costs, pricing structures, and market conditions.
• Experience with CRM platforms, pricing systems, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent judgment within delegated authority.

Responsibilities

• Review pricing requests and bid opportunities with Outside Sales.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive price quotes aligned with scope and margins.
• Manage revisions and re-quotes as requirements change.
• Provide pricing feedback to sales leadership.
• Evaluate profitability and risk when developing quotes.
• Send RFQs to vendors for pricing and lead times.
• Coordinate with vendors and supply chain to maintain pricing.
• Create and maintain opportunities, quotes, and records in CRM.
• Maintain pricing matrices within pricing tools.
• Lead project pricing setup and coordination with purchasing.
• Attend pricing meetings and provide quotes insights.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies post-sale.
• Serve as pricing SME for sales teams.
• Ensure quotes and revisions are auditable.
