Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading PCB manufacturer seeking a Quote Engineer. You will develop quotes with material and labor costs, read blueprints, and understand assembly processes to establish labor times. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

The role emphasizes accurate quotes, supplier negotiation, and the ability to translate technical drawings into actionable labor standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of PCB manufacturing related experience.
• 2 years of experience in quoting and/or purchasing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to read blueprints.
• Knowledge of Inside Sales Systems and Procedures.
• Ability to process quotes quickly and accurately; manage internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal bills of material from customer provided documentation.
• Secure material pricing from suppliers.
• Select best supplier option for quotes.
• Develop labor processes for new assembly part numbers.
• Research and develop revised labor standards for tooled part numbers.
• Develop non‑recurring engineering charges for New part numbers.
