Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, a technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand electrical products and schematics.
• Experience developing quotations, pricing solutions, and supporting commercial discussions is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with customers, distributors, and teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

• Develop and manage quotations for customers, distributors, and OEM partners.
• Collaborate with customers to structure competitive pricing solutions.
• Support pricing strategies and manage price increases.
• Participate in project negotiations to drive profitable growth.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers to maximize margins and achieve business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, customers, representatives, and OEMs.
• Act as a liaison between customers and HPS Engineering teams.
• Support key account growth and regional sales initiatives.
• Contribute to sales strategies that increase bookings and profitability.
