Job summary
Hammond Power Solutions is seeking a Quotations & Technical Support Specialist to blend customer service with technical expertise and commercial strategy. You will own quotations, structure pricing, and support negotiations while coordinating with engineering and sales teams to drive profitable growth.
The role involves acting as the main technical contact for field inquiries, troubleshooting wiring and schematic questions, and ensuring timely solutions that enhance customer success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Experience developing quotations, pricing solutions, and supporting commercial discussions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage quotations for customers, distributors, and OEM partners.
- Collaborate with customers to structure competitive pricing solutions.
- Support pricing strategies and manage price increases.
- Participate in project negotiations to drive profitable growth.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers to maximize margins.
- Build relationships with distributors, customers, and OEMs.
- Serve as liaison between customers and HPS Engineering teams.
