Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Quotations Specialist in Honolulu, Hawaii to manage the quotations process from request to quote submission. You will work with sales, customer service, customers and manufacturers to gather details and produce accurate, profitable quotes.

Qualifications include strong customer service and communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, knowledge of SAP and Excel, with 2+ years of experience; a high school diploma and a 2-year degree in business preferred.

• Compare manufacturers’ bills of material to price differences for complete comparisons.
