Job summary

SESCO Lighting, Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks a Quotations Coordinator to manage quotation workflows, coordinate between sales reps, vendors, and clients, and ensure all quote details are captured.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Acumatica/Prime are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Quotations email inbox
• Review all quote requests to ensure all information has been provided
• Request additional information from distribution partners if any details are missing that are required to move forward
• Create the Project in Prime (Acumatica) including all appropriate details, and assign to a Quotations Specialist
• Create Project Folders on SESCOShare and add all appropriate attachments for the Quotations Specialist to utilize during the quotes process
• Communicate with sales representatives and project managers to clarify scope and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor industry trends and maintain knowledge of lighting products and technologies.
• Prior lighting, electrical distribution, or related industry preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
