Job summary

Sesco Lighting Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quotations Coordinator to support the sales and project teams in Dallas. You will manage quote requests, gather missing information, and create projects in Prime (Acumatica) for quotes processing.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills, with a preference for candidates with lighting industry experience. You will collaborate with sales reps and project managers to ensure accurate quotations.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented coordinator with ability to manage multiple quotes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior lighting, electrical distribution, or related industry preferred
• Knowledge of lighting products and technologies

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Quotations email inbox.
• Review all quote requests to ensure all information has been provided.
• Request additional information from distribution partners if any details are missing that are required to move forward.
• Create the Project in Prime (Acumatica) including all appropriate details, and assign to a Quotations Specialist.
• Create Project Folders on SESCOShare and add all appropriate attachments for the Quotations Specialist to utilize during the quotes process.
• Communicate with sales representatives and project managers to clarify scope and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor industry trends and maintain knowledge of lighting products and technologies.
• Prior lighting, electrical distribution, or related industry preferred
