You will supervise two or more full-time staff, conduct research across product lines, and ensure timely quotations while maintaining profitability. Responsibilities include preparing bills of materials, analyzing competitors, managing change orders, and guiding pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales, quotations, and business with leadership background.
• Experience communicating with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies to generate profitable quotations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates of materials for internal and external customers; compile bills of material.
• Submit accurate and thorough technical quotations under tight deadlines.
• Research customer requirements and specifications before quoting.
• Analyze competitor products to identify strategic opportunities.
• Manage change orders and job lot billing in branches.
• Lead and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor quotation activity to improve win rate.
