Qualifications

• Minimum of a business or trade degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of four years of customer service, quotation or sales experience with strong knowledge of lighting and electrical products.
• Proficiency with PC Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet, Email and SAP software.

Responsabilités

• Performs takeoffs of bids and pricing functions for lighting and electrical products.
• Uses senior knowledge to determine product specs, applications and pricing for projects.
• Collaborates with engineers and customers to meet changing business needs and resolve issues.
• Guides and may participate in completing the quotation process for assigned projects.
• Provides timely responses to specialized or technical inquiries from customers.
