Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years building and maintaining QuickBase applications, including databases, workflows, and Pipelines.
• Experience integrating QuickBase with third-party applications and services.
• Basic proficiency in GIS, with ability to navigate GIS software and perform basic mapping.
• Basic Excel experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong client-facing presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience translating operational needs into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain QuickBase applications to support business needs and goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly solutions.
• Create and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards, and automated processes within QuickBase.
• Troubleshoot and test applications to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Integrate QuickBase with third-party applications and services as needed.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key data and provide insights.
• Document configurations, processes, workflows, and best practices for team use.
• Train and support end-users to promote adoption and effective use of QuickBase.
• Stay current with QuickBase updates and development best practices.
