Job summary

Project Resources Group, Inc. is seeking a talented QuickBase Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom QuickBase applications while partnering with teams to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and drive automation.

This hybrid role offers in-office flexibility at our Austin, TX office plus multiple locations nationwide, enabling collaboration across departments and cross-functional project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience building and maintaining Quickbase applications, including databases, workflows, and Pipelines.
• Experience integrating Quickbase with third‑party applications and services.
• Basic GIS experience.
• Basic Excel experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong client-facing presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Some presentation experience and the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working with business teams to translate operational needs into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain QuickBase applications to support business needs and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective, user-friendly solutions.
• Create and maintain custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and automated processes within QuickBase.
• Troubleshoot and test applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Integrate QuickBase with third‑party applications and services as needed.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key data and provide actionable business insights.
• Document application configurations, processes, workflows, and best practices for team use.
• Train and support end-users to promote successful adoption and effective use of QuickBase applications.
• Stay current with QuickBase updates, features, and development best practices to continuously enhance the platform.
