Job summary

Project Resources Group, Inc. is seeking a talented QuickBase Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the QuickBase platform.

You will partner with teams across the organization to streamline processes, automate workflows, and drive data-driven decisions. The role involves building dashboards in Power BI, integrating QuickBase with third-party systems, and training end-users to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years building and maintaining Quickbase apps (databases, workflows, Pipelines).
• Experience integrating Quickbase with third-party apps and services.
• Basic GIS experience.
• Basic Excel experience.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain QuickBase apps to support business needs and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective, user-friendly solutions.
• Create and maintain custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and automated processes within QuickBase.
• Troubleshoot and test applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Integrate QuickBase with third-party applications and services as needed.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key data and provide actionable business insights.
• Document application configurations, processes, workflows, and best practices for team use.
• Train and support end-users to promote successful adoption and effective use of QuickBase applications.
• Stay current with QuickBase updates, features, and development best practices to continuously enhance the platform.
