Project Resources Group (PRG) seeks a skilled QuickBase Developer to design, build, and maintain custom applications on the QuickBase platform. You will partner with teams across the organization to streamline processes, automate workflows, and deliver practical technology solutions.

The role involves collaborating with project managers and analysts, creating dashboards in Power BI, and ensuring robust integrations with third-party services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining QuickBase applications (databases, workflows, Pipelines)
• Experience integrating QuickBase with third-party apps/services
• Basic GIS experience
• Basic Excel experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong client-facing presence with written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Experience translating operational needs into tech solutions

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain QuickBase applications to support business needs and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Create and maintain custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and automated processes within QuickBase.
• Troubleshoot and test applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Integrate QuickBase with third-party applications and services as needed.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key data and provide insights.
• Document application configurations, processes, workflows, and best practices for team use.
• Train and support end-users to promote successful adoption of QuickBase applications.
• Stay current with QuickBase updates and development best practices to enhance the platform.
