Firehouse Subs in Austin, TX is seeking a District Manager to lead 5+ General Managers and their teams, ensuring operational excellence and strong returns across all locations.

You will mentor staff, drive guest service, control labor and costs, and implement company initiatives while supporting openings and remodels. A hands-on, people-first leader is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred).
• Hands-on, people-first management style with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for operational excellence.
• Willingness to travel between Austin-area stores and manage schedules, labor and costs.
