Firehouse Subs in Austin, TX is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple locations, mentor General Managers, and uphold brand standards. You will drive sales, guest satisfaction, and store performance through hands-on leadership and routine performance reviews.

In this role you’ll optimize labor costs, food cost, scheduling, and inventory, while supporting new openings, remodels, and ongoing brand development across the district.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi‑unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred).
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• Proven track record of improving operations and achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• A hands‑on, people‑first management style.
• Ability to travel between Austin‑area stores regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across all locations.
