Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Quick Service Restaurant Expo to ensure every order is accurate, complete, and presented to Kalahari standards before guests. You will coordinate between kitchen and service, keeping orders moving smoothly in a fast-paced setting and supporting a friendly team environment.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody the Promise to Lead with Love, guiding associates and delivering a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in high-volume Food & Beverage operations.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Able to lead in a friendly manner and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Review orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation before serving.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service to ensure fast, accurate delivery.
• Prioritize orders during peak times to maintain smooth service.
• Keep expo station clean, organized, and stocked per safety standards.
• Communicate order changes and delays to the team to ensure guest satisfaction.

QSR - Expo

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aQuick Service Restaurant Expo.In this role, you will help ensure every order is accurate, complete, and presented to Kalahari standards before it reaches our guests. By coordinating between the kitchen and service team, you’ll keep orders moving efficiently and play an important role in creating a fast, seamless, and enjoyable dining experience.

As part of our leadership team,you’llembody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.You’ll contribute to the guest experience by creating positive interactions and supporting a collaborative work environment. Your attention to detail and ability to keep service running smoothly will help set your fellow associates up for success while ensuring our guests receive the quality experience they expect from Kalahari.

Pay Rate - $14/Hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Review completed orders for accuracy, quality, presentation, and completeness before they are served to guests.


• Coordinate with kitchen and service associates to ensure orders are prepared and delivered quickly and efficiently.


• Organize and prioritize orders during high-volume service periods to maintain a smooth flow of food from the kitchen to guests.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked expo station while following food safety and sanitation standards.


• Communicate order modifications, special requests, and potential delays to the appropriate associates to help provide a seamless guest experience.

WhatWe’reLooking For

• 1 year of experience in a high-volume Food & Beverage chain such as Chipotle, is preferred.


• Must be organized, have attention to detail and a capable multitasker.


• Ability to lead in a friendly manner.


• A positive and energetic attitude.
