Job summary

Parkway Automotive Sales Limited in Dover, OH is seeking a motivated Service Assistant to support the service team and enhance the customer experience. You will schedule service appointments, assist customers and teammates in a friendly manner, and help organize workflow according to policy.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
• 1 to 2 years automotive industry experience preferred
• High school diploma or its equivalency
• Knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred)
• A professional personal appearance
• Oral and written communication skills; and an ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling service appointments.
• Assisting associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines.
• Interacting with customers & teammates in a friendly & helpful manner to create a comfortable relationship with the customer.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment, positive, long term customer relations and associate satisfaction.
