Job summary

Jack Madden Ford Sales Inc in Norwood, MA is seeking a vehicle technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of Ford vehicles. You will perform routine maintenance, communicate with customers, and support the team to ensure safety and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes no weekend work, Monday through Friday shifts, and opportunities for additional Ford-certified training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive maintenance or quick lube services preferred.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes, lubrication, and other routine vehicle maintenance services.
• Inspect vehicles for fluid leaks, tire wear, and general mechanical issues.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding services performed and additional maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to safety and service quality.
