As a Quick Lube Technician, you'll ensure every vehicle receives thorough and quality maintenance, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
Check and communicate oil level to teammates
Adjust tire pressure to optimal levels
Inspect and top off vehicle fluids
Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
Replace oil filters and drain plugs
Clean and lubricate necessary fittings
Deliver excellent customer service, prioritizing the customer perspective
Qualifications
Prior experience in an automotive dealership preferred
Strong knowledge of the service drive
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Steady hands and excellent hand-eye coordination
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using basic computer systems
Positive, team-focused attitude
Willingness to learn new technology and repair procedures
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Other Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Must maintain an insurable driving record
