Position: Service Technicians / Safety Sensitive

We are hiring Level 2 & 3 Technicians, with moving expenses paid, and offering up to a $3000 sign-on bonus with experience.

• Quick Lube Technicians
• Entry-Level Service Technicians
• Experienced Service Technicians, Level 3
• Master Service Technicians

Quick Lube Technician Responsibilities:

• Check and communicate oil levels
• Ensure proper tire pressure
• Inspect and refill fluids
• Perform vehicle inspections
• Replace oil drain plugs and filters
• Lubricate fittings as needed
• Provide excellent customer service, prioritizing customer perspective

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs as specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards
• Test drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and A/C
• Communicate with Service Advisors about additional services and estimates
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience at an automotive dealership preferred
• Strong understanding of service processes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Ability to learn new technology and procedures
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background check
