Job summary

Rich Ford in Edgewood, NM is hiring a Quick Lane Maintenance Technician to join a high-volume service department. Paid training is provided and there is a clear path to career advancement within the dealership.

You’ll perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs, while working with a strong Ford team and benefiting from paid Ford factory training and performance-based pay increases.

Qualifications

• Automotive maintenance experience required.
• Must own basic automotive tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services.
• Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance needs.
• Perform basic brake services and minor repairs.
• Complete vehicle inspections accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts department.
• Attend training and continue developing technical skills.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures for quality and safety.
