Job summary

Rich Ford in Edgewood, NM is hiring a Quick Lane Maintenance Technician to join our high-volume service department. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic brake services while earning $17.00-$21.00 per hour with productivity bonuses and paid Ford factory training.

This role offers a clear path to become a certified Ford technician, paid training, and a 5-day work week with Sundays off, in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive maintenance experience is required.
• Must own your own basic automotive tools
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services
• Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance needs
• Perform basic brake services and minor repairs
• Complete vehicle inspections accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts department
• Attend training and continue developing technical skills
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures for quality and safety.
