Rich Ford in Albuquerque, NM is actively hiring Ford Certified Technicians to join our award-winning service team.

With an 81-bay service department, 3,000+ repair orders per month, and 130+ vehicles serviced daily, you’ll enjoy a steady flow of work and a supportive management team.

We offer a full-time, flat-rate per hour pay structure ($38–$65 DOE) with sign-on bonuses and potential to earn $100,000+ annually through certifications and performance.

Qualifications

• Ford Certification required.
• 3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Complete the 3C process accurately
• Perform diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and drivability systems
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
• Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
• Perform road tests when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all Ford, dealership, OSHA, and environmental safety standards
• Mentor apprentice technicians as assigned

Responsibilities

Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards

Previous Ford dealership experience preferred

3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred

ASE Certifications are a plus

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Experience using Ford diagnostic equipment and service information

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
