Kendall Ford of Meridian is seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor to join Kendall Auto Group in Meridian, Idaho. The role places you at the front line of our service department, coordinating with technicians and sales staff to identify repairs and maintenance for customers.

You will schedule appointments, verify work, and communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat while maintaining accurate records.

Formación

• High level customer service experience, strong time management, work ethics and communication skills.
• Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items for customers.
• Dealership experience is preferred but service writing experience is not required.

We are looking for a Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our Kendall Ford of Meridian team. Our Ford Quick Lane Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community.

Customers might purchase a few vehicles from us throughout the years, but our goal is to have lifelong service customers and we trust our Advisors to be that first contact of Kendall in our service departments.

Duties will include interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed, researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations, inputting and maintaining customer information, complete work tasks in an efficient and organized manner, using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day, and scheduling service appointments.

Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have high level customer service experience, those who can demonstrate time management, strong work ethics, and strong communication skills. The ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for our customers is key. Experience in service writing is not required, but dealership experience is preferred.

Candidates must have proven strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and general knowledge of automobiles and their maintenance.
