Keystone Ford's Quick Lane in Pennsylvania seeks an assistant service manager with automotive experience to support daily operations, train service advisors and technicians, and mentor staff for peak productivity. You will oversee workflow, monitor repair orders, and help ensure efficient, high-quality service.

Additionally, the role focuses on safety compliance, daily production records, and adherence to all company procedures.

Do you have automotive experience? Keystone Ford has an immediate opening for an assistant service manager at our Quick Lane facility.

Core Responsibilities

• Support staff by training, evaluating service advisors and technicians, and be a positive mentor.
• Coordinate workflow, repair orders and monitor the facility to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Provide award-winning customer care to include actively listening and resolving customer concerns.
• Oversee company compliance and daily production records and reports.
• Abide and follow all management procedures.
• Practice and demonstrate all company and OSHA safety protocols and lead the facility safety committee.

Essential Duties Include

• Assist the Quick Lane manager with daily operations
• Stand in for service advisors as needed
• Other duties as assigned
