Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC is hiring for a Mold Line Operator on the G shift in Tennessee. The position involves operating and maintaining mold line equipment, loading materials, weighing and mixing ingredients, and performing quality checks.

It requires following QMS and lean manufacturing practices, maintaining clean, safe work areas, and supporting cross-functional team needs. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and continuous learning while offering a comprehensive benefits package and

Responsibilities

• Ensures safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment
• Follows the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Stocks lines/machines with needed materials
• Transports, weighs, and mixes appropriate ingredients
• Load/unload machines
• Performs periodic checks on output
• Creates samples and performs quality control checks
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues
• Maintains accurate documentation/ records relative to safety, quality, and productivity for assigned area
• Follows standard operating procedures, safe operating practices, 5S, standard work and other lean manufacturing principles
• Keeps area safe, clean and organized
• Supports a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members
• Must be willing to cross department lines and help the team where needed
• Performs other related duties as required

MOLD LINE OPERATOR- G SHIFT

HOURS: 6:45AM - 7PM (2-2-3)

Job Functions
