Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment is desirable.
• Ability to follow quality and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work on a night shift and cross-train on related lines.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment.
• Follows the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Stocks lines/machines with needed materials.
• Transports, weighs, and mixes appropriate ingredients.
• Load/unload machines and perform periodic checks on output.
• Create samples and perform quality control checks.
• Monitor equipment and report problems to supervisor.
• Maintain documentation related to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Follow SOPs, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Keep area safe, clean, and organized.
• Support learning and cross-department collaboration.

MOLD LINE OPERATOR - D SHIFT 2-2-3 6:45PM-7AM

Job Functions:

Ensures safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment

Follows the Quality Management System (QMS)

Stocks lines/machines with needed materials

Transports, weighs, and mixes appropriate ingredients

Load/ unload machines

Performs periodic checks on output

Creates samples and performs quality control checks

Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues

Maintains accurate documentation/ records relative to safety, quality, and productivity for assigned area

Follows standard operating procedures, safe operating practices, 5S, standard work and other lean manufacturing principles

Keeps area safe, clean and organized

Supports a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members

Must be willing to cross department lines and help the team where needed

Performs other related duties as required
