Job summary

Central Stone Company in Eureka, Missouri seeks a Quarry Superintendent to lead large-scale operations at the Antire Quarry. You will supervise drilling, blasting, production, and quality control while ensuring maintenance and safety standards are met.

• 5+ years in quarry operations and personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce Mine Safety and Health Administration rules and regulations in coordination with Safety Manager.
• Direct and supervise all production activities, from drilling and blasting to quality control of end products.
• Ensure all plant equipment is maintained and ready for operation at start of each shift.
• Audit maintenance plans and modify to improve plant efficiency.
• Coordinate with Area Production Manager and Area Sales Manager on inventory and production demands.
• Develop employees through training, coaching, counseling, or discipline as needed.
• Collaborate with Mine Development to extract limestone per the engineered mine design plan.
