Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Loader Operator, preferably within a quarry or similar industrial setting.
• Valid certification in operating heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and techniques for distributing goods.
• In-depth understanding of safety standards and regulations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to perform minor repairs.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to priorities.
• High level of physical fitness and strength.
• Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader safely to minimize risk of injury or damage.
