Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking an Experienced Loader Operator to join our quarry operations team. You will operate a front-end loader, perform safety and maintenance checks, and coordinate material movement to support efficient excavation while maintaining our standards of safety and productivity.

Ideal candidates have proven loader experience in industrial settings, valid heavy machinery certification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader safely to minimize risk of injury or damage.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Coordinate with site management to move materials within the quarry per safety standards and project specs.
• Adjust equipment settings to meet project requirements.
• Identify maintenance needs and communicate them to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and report hazards.
