Job summary

Maine Drilling & Blasting Inc. is seeking crew members to support blasting and construction operations in Vermont. This entry-level role requires safety-minded individuals who can work outdoors in varied weather and perform labor tasks with supervision.

Travel and overtime may be required, with pay starting at $18 to $20 per hour plus travel stipends. Applicants should have a valid driver's license and be able to pass ATF screenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction labor is required.
• Must be safety-minded and able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work at a steady pace.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company safety procedures and policies.
• Perform construction-related laboring tasks as directed by Superintendents or Foremen.
• Load and unload explosives from truck and prepare blasting holes as instructed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site; attend meetings as required.
• Attend monthly Foreman and safety meetings and participate in daily safety briefings.
