Qualifications

• Equipment operating experience with earth moving/construction equipment is helpful.
• Valid Driver's License with own transportation.
• Experience as construction laborer is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude around equipment, motors, hydraulics, or electrical systems.
• Must be safety-minded and able to work in varying weather.
• Background screening for ATF is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance for safe operation of assigned equipment.
• Learn drill patterns and execute them as established by the Blaster Foreman.
• Inventory accessories and understand associated costs.
• Communicate problems and terrain conditions to the Blaster/Foreman.
• Complete drill reports, hole sheets, and timecards accurately.
• Carry all tools and supplies.
• Participate in meetings as needed (Foreman/Safety/Job specific).
• Complete Driller I training within designated period.
