Job summary

APAC Central Inc. is a CRH company providing crushed aggregates and construction services across Oklahoma. We are seeking a dedicated heavy equipment operator to support quarry and field operations.

You will safely operate a range of equipment, follow OSHA/MSHA safety requirements, and assist in training teammates while maintaining prompt attendance. Travel and night/weekend work may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience operating heavy equipment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment across quarry and construction tasks.
• Adhere to OSHA/MSHA regulations and company policies.
• Report equipment or operational issues to foreman or safety manager.
• Perform daily tasks as directed by the foreman to meet jobsite expectations.
• Perform routine maintenance and escalate major issues as needed.
• Complete pre- and post-operation inspections with proper documentation.
• Mentor and train less-experienced teammates in equipment operation and servicing.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; support overall operations.
