Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience and/or training in heavy equipment operation.
• Capable of following safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment across quarry and construction tasks.
• Adhere to OSHA/MSHA regulations and company policies for a safe work environment.
• Report equipment or operational issues to Foreman or Safety Manager promptly.
• Perform daily tasks as directed to meet project/jobsite expectations.
• Inspect equipment pre- and post-operation and document findings.
• Mentor less-experienced team members in operation and basic repairs.
