Ash Grove Cement Company is seeking a Quarry Operator to support safe and efficient quarry material loading and unloading for plant operations. You will operate heavy equipment, perform pre-shift inspections, and maintain logs to ensure continuous material flow.

This on-site role requires routine heavy lifting, adherence to safety guidelines, and potential overtime or shift rotations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with experience operating heavy equipment preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to MSHA standards.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and logs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload quarry material to optimize plant operations.
• Operate loaders, dozers, backhoes, and draglines safely.
• Complete pre-shift inspections and daily housekeeping.
• Maintain logs and reports as required.
• Work overtime or rotating shifts as needed.
