Job summary

Genoa Limestone, LLC, part of The Gerken Companies, is hiring an Aggregate Operator to support daily quarry operations with heavy equipment. You’ll gain hands-on experience in aggregate production and site operations, working outdoors in a team environment.

Responsibilities include operating bulldozers, excavators, loaders, haul trucks and skid steers; performing routine maintenance; and following MSHA safety procedures to maintain a safe, productive site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, long-reach excavators, loaders, haul trucks, and skid steers.
• Support daily production and site operations across aggregate facilities.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, including greasing, fueling, cleaning, and inspections.
• Complete equipment inspection and maintenance reports.
• Follow safety procedures and MSHA regulations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with team members to support efficient site operations.
