Job summary

US Aggregates is hiring an Equipment Operator/Laborer to keep production running safely and efficiently. You will operate and service front-end loaders, haul trucks, and other equipment, performing routine maintenance and documenting activities.

The role requires good English communication, the ability to work in a team, and flexibility for day, night, and weekend schedules. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read/write English and understand basic math.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends.
• Strong safety awareness; follow procedures.
• Experience with heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, service, and maintain heavy equipment to keep plant in production.
• Fuel, oil, grease, and perform basic maintenance per safety manual.
• Complete pre-shift and end-of-shift checks; maintain logs.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE; work with a team.
• Document records and participate in trainings.
• Adhere to yard rules, safety, and product transfer procedures.
• Demonstrate good communication and teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
