Job summary

Ultradent Products Inc. is seeking a Quarantine Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance team in South Jordan, Utah.

This on-site role manages non-conforming and customer-returned products, logging holds, and coordinating with multiple internal groups to ensure proper disposition according to NCR/MRB decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle is a plus).
• Experience with SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Log non-conforming products from hold/quarantine requests, ECO alerts and other requests.
• Communicate with manufacturing units, warehouse, shipping/receiving, planning, procurement, quality, safety, marketing and product development for various tasks.
• Disposition materials according to NCR determinations and MRB decisions.
• Process customer returned products.
• Maintain a clean and efficient workspace, including MRB holding areas.
• Sort materials for scrap as needed.
• Perform cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
