Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM field required.
• 4+ years hardware R&D or high-complexity manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years leading technical projects or manufacturing execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional manufacturing execution for Physics Package and MOT builds by translating milestones into integrated schedules and plans.
• Drive build-readiness reviews and manage risks, removing roadblocks to delivery.
• Establish project scope, ownership, dependencies, decision paths, and status reporting for industrialization initiatives.
