Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees advancement and growth of the program and provides direction for mission, strategy, and goals.
• Develops metrics to identify and measure program success and manages grant-related evaluations.
• Identifies and cultivates community partnerships and collaborations to support program growth.
• Assists in identifying future funding sources and contributes to grant applications and budgets.
• Develops administrative infrastructure and manages HR and facilities for the program.
• Designs and manages program communications and outreach to promote support and visibility.
• Maintains information systems and reports progress to leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
