Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four+ years in startups, accelerators, or program management preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to present findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-institution collaborations and managing complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accelerator program activities, including award evaluation and milestones tracking.
• Prepare dashboards, memos, and updates for Yale, UConn, NSF Engine, and advisory boards.
• Coordinate with Yale Ventures, UConn counterparts, and external partners to move ventures toward company formation.
