Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the advancement and growth of the program and publish information to build public awareness.
• Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to develop strategic plans.
• Identify, solicit, and cultivate partnerships to support program goals.
• Develop metrics to measure program success and grant-related outcomes.
• Assist in identifying funding sources and contribute to grants and budgets.
• Manage program infrastructure including staffing, HR, and resources.
• Oversee communications and website content related to the program.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
