Qualifications

• PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, CS, Math, EE or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in quantum error correction and strong foundations in quantum computing.
• Research contributions in QEC evidenced by publications or software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across disciplines.
• Programming in Python, C++, or a comparable language.

Responsibilities

• Develop QEC codes and fault-tolerant protocols for neutral-atom quantum computers.
• Collaborate with theoretical, software, and experimental teams to design hardware-efficient schemes.
