Job summary

Quantinuum is seeking a Principal Consultant, Customer Education & Enablement to design and deliver high-impact quantum computing education for enterprise clients, partners, and internal teams. You will translate complex quantum concepts into clear learning experiences for business and technical audiences and combine domain knowledge with instructional design to deliver client outcomes.

You will lead executive briefings, workshops, and hands-on labs, developing tiered curricula and learning

Qualifications

The candidate will have a Masters or PhD in a technical field and 8+ years in technical training or related roles.
Must be able to translate complex quantum concepts into business-friendly learning experiences.
Strong executive presence and demonstrated consulting capabilities are required.
Experience with enterprise education and professional services is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver quantum computing training for executives and technical teams.
Lead executive briefings, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences.
Create learning pathways and curriculum covering fundamentals, algorithms, and enterprise readiness.
Assess client needs and tailor programs to industry, maturity, and outcomes.
Maintain and update content as technology and market perspectives evolve.
