Job summary

AILIFEPAY Inc. is leading a Quantum AI platform to transform intelligent systems, from silicon to applications, centered in Palo Alto.

The Chief Technology/Research leadership role focuses on translating frontier AI research into production infrastructure and scalable services. You will shape research strategy, architecture, and the technical roadmap, delivering energy-efficient AI infrastructure, adaptive reasoning, and secure, high-density systems.

Qualifications

PhD in Computer Science, ECE, AI, Data Science or related field with entrepreneurial interest.
Strong knowledge of system architecture and domain modeling.
Experience creating and operating complex technical workflows and systems.
Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and practical efficiency considerations.

Responsibilities

Build full-stack AI and Physical AI services.
Design hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures.
Research algorithms for high-throughput parallel processing.
Develop backend services, APIs and data pipelines.
Create benchmarks for AI performance, reliability and efficiency.
Investigate efficiency across compute, memory, latency and energy.
Evaluate emerging technologies for relevance and feasibility.
Publish research papers in top conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
