Job summary

Job description

Experience required:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects, with preferred experience working with Main contractors.
2. Experience in government agency tenders (e.g., LTA, PUB, JTC).
3. Meticulous, independent, highly motivated, result-oriented, and a good team player.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Sound knowledge of construction, with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office applications.
7. Experience in quantity take-offs, estimation, cost planning, and sourcing sub-contractors.
8. Preparation of cost comparison analyses and negotiations with sub-contractors.
9. Preparation of tender submissions and involvement in post-tender activities.
10. Updating repositories for historical data post-tender submission.
11. Performing other quantity surveying related duties.

Educational qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related equipment.
