Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects, with a preference for Main contractor experience.
- Experience in government agency tenders (LTA, PUB, JTC, etc.).
- Meticulous, independent, highly motivated, result-oriented, and a good team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of construction, with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience in quantity take-offs, estimation, cost planning, and sourcing sub-contractors.
- Preparation of cost comparison analyses and negotiations with sub-contractors.
- Preparation of tender submissions and involvement in post-tender activities.
- Maintain a repository for historical data post-tender submission.
- Other duties related to quantity surveying.
- Experience with Tunnel Projects is a plus.
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related equipment.
