Experience required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects, with a preference for Main contractor experience.
• Experience in government agency tenders (LTA, PUB, JTC, etc.).
• Meticulous, independent, highly motivated, result-oriented, and a good team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Sound knowledge of construction, with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in quantity take-offs, estimation, cost planning, and sourcing sub-contractors.
• Preparation of cost comparison analyses and negotiations with sub-contractors.
• Preparation of tender submissions and involvement in post-tender activities.
• Maintain a repository for historical data post-tender submission.
• Other duties related to quantity surveying.
• Experience with Tunnel Projects is a plus.
• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related equipment.
