We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK infrastructure delivery organisation for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater projects across the Thames Valley region.

Work will be focused on a range of projects for the AMP7 programme, from smaller capital maintenance works through to significant civil engineering and new-build projects.

Working from the Harwell office as part of a collaborative and well-established delivery team, you will support the commercial management of multiple projects across the programme. • Prepare and assess applications for payment, valuations and cost/value reconciliations.
  • Assist with cost control, forecasting and the production of monthly reports covering value, cost, profit and loss, cash flow and budgets.
  • Prepare and agree applications for payment and assess payment certificates.
  • Contribute to risk and value management activities, identifying commercial risks and supporting mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare supply chain enquiries and assist with the negotiation, administration and close-out of subcontract agreements, including change management.
  • Maintain robust commercial records and documentation, including site records, meeting packs, minutes and correspondence.
About You
