Job summary

Qualifications
- 10 years of engineering/estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
- Experience with quantity takeoffs and bid documentation.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Agtek, and Primavera P6.
- Ability to travel about 20% to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Performs quantity takeoffs using project plans, specifications, and digital tools.
- Maintains quantity workpapers, assumptions, and backups for bid reviews.
- Supports standardized quantity tracking templates across projects.
- Coordinates with Engineers, Cost Control and BIM resources to interpret scope.
- Assists with quantity variance reviews and clarifications.
- Travel to Lane projects ~20% and assist where needed.
