• Creates preliminary project schedules using scheduling software.
• Mentors and coaches others on estimating methods.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain to price resources for projects.
• Communicates with DOTs, subcontractors, and vendors to meet goals.
• Researches historical and regional costs for bids.
